Monowa proves its commitment to customers old and new by providing an in-house Service and Maintenance agreement to add to our portfolio, we now offer this service package to ensure that only approved experienced service engineers will carry out the work and that where any remedial work is required, only Monowa original and approved parts are used, this is essential for the continued smooth operation of our operable walls. We will be contacting all our past installations to offer this agreement so please don’t be taken in by ‘others’ claiming to be associated with Monowa unless they are on our approved sub-contractor list. Due to expansion and an increase in turnover, Monowa welcome aboard two new members of staff this week, a new factory foreman and an additional salesman for our Watford office.

Monowa have been congratulated on our perfect delivery of the operable walls installed in the recently completed Darlington Campus at Teesside University, Ron Baker (supply chain manager) and Joanne Lewis (Perfect Delivery Manager) for Morgan Sindall, both reported back that the client had awarded very high scores to this £8m project and achieved all of the performance target scores required to be awarded “Perfect Delivery” status.
